Return & Refund Policy

At Sausage Tee, every item is made to order through our trusted production partner, Printify. Because of this on-demand manufacturing process, our return policy is structured slightly differently from traditional retail stores.

Made-to-Order Products

All products sold on sausagetee.com are custom-made upon order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind .

That said, we fully stand behind the quality of our products and will always make things right if there’s an issue on our end.

Eligible Returns & Replacements

We offer free replacements or refunds if your order arrives with any of the following issues:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item was received
  • Printing errors or quality issues

To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Your order number

Once approved, the return or replacement will be handled directly through Printify, our fulfillment partner.

Return Process

  1. Email us at info@sausagetee.com
  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
  3. Our team will review and coordinate with Printify
  4. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued

Customers are not required to return defective items unless specifically requested.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error or defect
  • Replacement items are shipped at no additional cost
